SUMMARY

The Ruby Junior Developer will join the engineering team at Citics and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications and backend services using Ruby on Rails. This role focuses on building scalable APIs, integrating third-party services, and supporting data-driven features for Citics’ real estate technology platform. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, ensure code quality, and contribute to product innovation. Supporting the growth of Citics’ digital ecosystem, including services like the Citics App, this role requires a proactive, detail-oriented developer with a passion for clean code, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using Python.
• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.
• Train and evaluate machine learning models.
• Integrate models into production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Continuously improve model performance and scalability.
• Document model development processes and findings.

REQUIREMENT

• At least 3 – 5 years experience in Python
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Proven experience with Python programming language.
• Strong understanding of statistical and mathematical principles.
• Experience with data handling libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
