Summary

The Marketing Team Leader at Citics will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and attract customers and real estate broker partners. This position will oversee all marketing activities, from strategic planning to executing and evaluating marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and attract customers and real estate broker partners.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various media channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data analysis tools and adjust strategies based on the results.
• Supervise the creation and management of high-quality marketing content across media platforms.
• Maintain and enhance the Citics brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Manage the marketing budget, optimize costs, and track budget utilization.
• Build relationships with partners, marketing service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Guide, develop, and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in marketing, with at least one year in a management position. Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
• Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Creative, flexible thinking and the ability to quickly adapt to a continuously changing work environment.
