SUMMARY

The HR Manager will be pivotal in managing the company’s human resources operations, aligning HR strategy with business goals, and overseeing administrative functions to support the organization. The ideal candidate should understand the rapidly changing technological landscape and its implications for workforce management, skills development, HR systems, and efficient office management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, training, development, and administrative tasks related to office management.
  • Develop and implement a strategic HR plan that aligns with the company’s overall business strategy. Oversee the company’s talent management strategy to attract, retain, and develop a skilled workforce.
  • Keep updated with the latest trends in technology, leveraging this understanding to promote innovation and boost productivity within HR operations. Formulate and modify HR policies and procedures to align with the evolving technological context.
  • Promote a positive work environment that encourages continuous innovation and learning, with a focus on advancing the technological skills of the employee.
  • Evaluate organizational training needs, deploying and supervising training initiatives that effectively cater to both present and future requirements of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILL

  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or other related fields of study.
  • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience, with at least three years in a managerial role. Candidates with experience working in technology startups are preferred.
  • Experience in digital transformation in HR and implementing HR technology systems.
  • Knowledge of current technology trends and their application in HR.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Strong command over the legislation related to Labor, Personal Income Tax, and Insurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technologically driven environment.
