SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team and take ownership of building robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. With expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, and Node.js/NestJS, you will work across the entire development lifecycle — from system design to implementation and deployment.

This is a hands-on leadership role that involves mentoring junior developers, contributing to architectural decisions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll have the opportunity to shape product strategy, influence technical direction, and deliver solutions that make a real impact.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design and development of complex fullstack features using ReactJS (frontend) and Node.js/NestJS (backend).
• Architect clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases using TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and guide best practices across the team.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor and support junior/mid-level developers, helping to elevate team capability.
• Drive technical decisions, including architecture, tooling, and process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability.

REQUIREMENT – Must Have

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack web development.
• Proficiency in ReactJS with deep knowledge of component architecture, state management (Redux/Context), and performance optimization.
• Strong backend development experience with Node.js and NestJS (or ExpressJS).
• Expert-level knowledge of TypeScript in both frontend and backend environments.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, and ORMs (e.g., Prisma).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL is a plus.
• Experience in writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization (JWT, OAuth2), and web security practices.

REQUIREMENT – Nice to Have

• Experience leading teams or technical projects.
• Familiarity with message queues (e.g., BullMQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Exposure to microservices architecture or event-driven systems.
