Summary

As a Community Lead, you will build and scale our Agent & User ecosystem, turning community into a driver of awareness, engagement, activation, and business impact. This role goes beyond managing groups – you will design and launch new initiatives that create real network effects across, enabling agents and end users to collaborate, users to engage, and the ecosystem to grow sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

Community Strategy

• Define the long-term vision of Citics community across segments: Agent & User 
• Design community as a growth flywheel: awareness → acquisition → activation
• Identify and launch new community initiatives (beyond groups): ambassador programs, offline meetups, co-creation programs, referral loops

 Build & Scale Community Channels

• Own and grow core platforms (Facebook Groups, future channels like Zalo, Tiktok, etc.)
• Develop scalable playbooks for launching and managing new communities
• Drive member acquisition, activation, and retention

Content Strategy & Development

• Define community content strategy aligned with brand & product
• Curate topics, formats, and interactive activities tailored to each audience segment.
• Turn community into a content engine: User-generated content (UGC), Success stories (Agent income, deal wins), Educational & data-driven insights

 Community Health & Management

• Community health management: Moderate discussions, enforce guidelines, and handle conflicts to create a safe and positive environment.
• Measure what matters: Define and track KPIs – growth, engagement, retention, conversions, and sentiment – using data to continuously refine strategies

Others:

• Lead community initiatives for product launches, partnerships, and campaigns
•  Support and deliver assigned projects as directed by the line manager

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in community development or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully building and growing branded và unbranded communities.
• Experience in launching community groups from the ground up is highly valued
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
• Strong content development & storytelling mindset
• Data-driven, ownership, fast-paced adaptability
• Strong understanding of growth loops & network effects.
• A growth mindset with curiosity to learn, adapt, and innovate.
• A genuine passion for proptech and fintech, with curiosity to explore how technology empowers real estate
