Summary
Citics is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong growth mindset and hands-on execution capabilities across paid digital platforms.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s digital performance marketing activities—from acquiring potential customers to improving overall business outcomes.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, optimizing systems, and aspire to grow into a Growth Lead / Growth Manager position in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & User Acquisition
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Zalo
- Optimize CAC, CPL, CPA, and other business objectives (qualified leads, revenue, app installs)
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively across different products and services
- Continuously conduct A/B testing to scale campaign performance
- Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead quality
- Execute paid activities for brand campaigns as assigned by the line manager
Tracking & Data System
- Set up and manage tracking systems (Meta Pixel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM)
- Ensure data accuracy across the entire marketing funnel
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including:
- CAC/ CPL/ CPA/ ROAS/ Conversion Rate/ LTV/ Retention Rate
- Collaborate on CRM and marketing automation integrations
- Build performance dashboards and regular reports
Growth Optimization & Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with content, product, and sales teams to optimize the conversion funnel
- Propose improvements to landing pages and lead handling processes
- Monitor market trends within the Proptech and Real Estate industry
- Recommend marketing system improvements based on data insights
Required Qualifications and Skills
Mindset

- Clear understanding of the relationship between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue
- Willingness to take ownership of KPIs
Experience & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Zalo Ads
Understanding of GA4, tracking systems, and marketing funnels
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience working with CRM systems is a plus
- Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets
Preferred Qualifications
Campaign Experience
- Experience running lead generation campaigns (especially with sales follow-up)
Experience with app install campaigns and activation optimization
- Experience managing long sales funnels, not just optimizing clicks or traffic
Industry Background
Candidates with experience in the following industries are preferred:

- Marketplace or E-commerce platforms
- Technology startups with a strong sales organization
- Businesses with CRM systems and a structured MQL → SQL lead qualification process
