Summary:

We are building a modern data platform and data warehouse to support large-scale business operations in real estate, finance, and analytics. 

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to develop practical AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise data. The role focuses on building production-ready AI applications, not research or experimental models.

This position is ideal for engineers who enjoy turning AI technologies into real business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Application Development

• Design and develop AI-powered features using modern LLM technologies
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI assistants
• Integrate AI capabilities into backend systems and internal tools
• Implement prompt engineering and context management strategies

Data & Retrieval Integration

• Work with structured and unstructured data from internal systems
• Build embedding pipelines and vector search solutions
• Integrate AI with databases, APIs, and data warehouse systems
• Design semantic search and knowledge retrieval mechanisms

System Integration & Production Deployment

• Deploy AI services into production environments
• Optimize performance, latency, cost, and reliability
• Implement logging, monitoring, and basic observability
• Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams

Required AI Skills

• Experience using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
• Practical experience with RAG architectures
• Understanding of embeddings and vector search
• Experience in prompt engineering and context design

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph
• Experience with vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Familiarity with search engines (OpenSearch or Elasticsearch)
• Experience deploying applications using Docker or cloud platforms
• Experience working with analytics or data warehouse systems

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience building AI or LLM-based applications
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience building backend services, APIs, or distributed systems
• Familiarity with SQL and working with databases
