That is why we are looking for a Brand & Communications Lead.

In this role, you will help shape how Citics shows up in the market: through brand initiatives, integrated campaigns, and thoughtful corporate communications. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the Citics story is communicated clearly, consistently, and credibly.

This role plays a key part in shaping how Citics explains its vision, products, and partnerships to the market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Planning

You will help shape the way the Citics brand is expressed across the market, including:

  • Developing annual and quarterly brand plans aligned with Citics’ business priorities and product roadmap
  • Translating business initiatives into clear brand narratives and communication frameworks
  • Ensuring brand consistency across campaigns, content, and communication touchpoints
  • Working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to align brand direction with business strategy
2. Campaign Planning & Management

You will lead or coordinate brand/marketing campaigns that help explain Citics’ products, partnerships, and ecosystem to the market, including:

  • Designing integrated marketing/ brand campaigns that support product launches, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives
  • Developing campaign narratives, key messages, and creative directions
  • Coordinating campaign execution across channels such as digital, social media, PR, and events
  • Collaborating with designers, content teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality storytelling and visual outcomes
  • Contribute to other initiatives assigned by the Line Manager, such as strategic projects, partnerships, or cross-functional initiatives
3. Corporate Communications & Media Management

Citics operates at the intersection of real estate, finance, and technology. One important part of this role is helping the market understand how that ecosystem is evolving. You will:

  • Lead the development of corporate content for Citics’ official channels, especially LinkedIn and the Citics Group fanpage
  • Develop thought leadership content that explains how technology is transforming the real estate market
  • Write or oversee press releases, corporate announcements, and company narratives
  • Support leadership communication related to strategic initiatives and partnerships
  • Managing relationships with journalists, media partners and industry publications

Required Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates typically have:

  • 5–8 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications, with backgrounds such as Marketing Lead, Brand Lead, Communications Lead, ABM, etc.
  • Experience developing or reviewing corporate communications content such as press releases, leadership articles, or industry narratives
  • Strong ability in storytelling, content development, and visual production
  • Experience working in technology-driven industries, such as: PropTech, FinTech, Digital banking, Technology platforms, etc.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and support content ideation, research, and creative production
