That’s why we’re looking for someone who can bring the stories of PropTech and FinTech closer to the many stakeholders of the real estate market.

We believe technology does not only change how the real estate market operates. It also changes how the stories of that market are told.

We are looking for a (Senior) Content Specialist — a true Social Storyteller.
In this role, you will not just create content. You will help shape how Citics shows up on the Internet: authentic, trustworthy, and occasionally witty.

Your mission is to build social-first content across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Threads, developing creative angles and formats that capture attention, spark conversations, and deliver lasting value to the audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Content (~ 80%)

• Short-form Video Production: Own the full process of producing short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social platforms – from ideation and scripting to production and editing.
• Content Series Development: Design and develop content series that can scale and sustain long-term audience interest.
• Trend & Cultural Insight: Stay highly attuned to memes, trends, and social media culture, bringing Citics naturally into ongoing online conversations.
• Creator Collaboration: Collaborate with KOLs, KOCs, and creator networks to expand reach and ensure brand messages are delivered across multiple voices and perspectives.
• AI-powered Content Production: Utilize tools such as Canva, CapCut, and AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content production and improve efficiency.
• Data-driven Optimization: Monitor performance metrics such as views, watch time, and engagement rates, and continuously refine content formats and channel strategy.

2. Brand & Marketing Alignment (~ 20%)

• Brand Alignment: Ensure that all social content aligns with Citics’ brand identity and overall marketing strategy.
• Cross-channel Support: Contribute creative ideas and support the execution of major marketing campaigns, landing pages, events, and other strategic communications initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a content creator with strategic thinking – someone who can both craft compelling content and understand how content grows on social media.

Experience

• At least 3–5 years of experience in Content, Copywriting, or Creative roles.
• Experience working in technology companies, fintech, proptech, digital banking, or startup environments is highly preferred.

Social-first Mindset

• Proven experience building or growing social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Managing or growing a personal social media channel is a strong advantage.

Skills

• Strong storytelling ability, with the capability to turn complex data or insights into engaging narratives.
  

Tools

• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing tools
• Comfortable using Canva and AI-powered tools to support content creation.

• Ownership & Growth mindset
• Willingness to experiment and learn quickly 

Brand Sensibility

• Ability to balance the professionalism and credibility of a financial brand with the humor, relatability, and agility required on social media.
